For 5.49€ I bought this newest The Killers album...and man was I surprised! It's clearly the best album they've done. Tracks like: Spaceman, Human, Joy Ride & A Dustland Fairytale are just pure awesomeness! Day & Age is a must buy for every Killers fan out there and perfect album to get to known them. Buy it!
another 'killer' album

i really enjoyed the last 2 killers album especially 'sams town',and although they have chosen a slightly different direction with this one it sounds fantastic...a truly great album with lots of chorus stomping songs that will appeal to a much wider audience, probably one of the very few bands that can pull it of..and how..one of the best bands out there..cant wait for the next one which im assured is going to be more like sams town..!!!...
UTTER BRILLIANCE! KILLERS RULE!

People have slated this album for not being as good as their debut 'Hot Fuss'. Personally, I find 'Hot Fuss' their best album and it is phenomenal. But so is 'Day & Age'!
The Killers have created a new sound and new image for this album. It's full of beautiful lyrics and unusual concepts and soft melodies.
I recommend this to any fan, and even to those who aren't familiar with the band yet. It has converted many people to The Killers' fan base.
Top songs are:
'Goodnight, Travel Well' - this song is particularly stunning. Very emotional and moving and may be a tear-jerker.
'Joy Ride' - fun, cool and full of humour.
'I Can't Stay' - a very pretty song with a tropical feel to it.
'This Is Your Life' - a great sing-along!
Pretty good

This ain't there best album, sams town claims that title by miles, but this album is still pretty dam good, i love most of the songs on this album, the only 1 i don't really like is "goodnight travel well".
Not the best of the killers but still very good.

Unlike Hot Fuss & Sams Town you have to listen to this album a few times to appreicate it fully. The songs are delivered in a different style to what we are used to from the killers. A dustland fairytale is a amazingly written song and delivered perfectly and has a powerful meaning behind it similar to Goodnight travel well.
Songs like Spaceman, Human, Neon Tiger and I can't stay are catchy like all other killers songs yet slower. This is the killers not at their best but still performed in their own unique style. If your a fan of the killers buy this album and give it a chance, if your not listen to a few demos or their singles and then buy if you like what you hear.
What this rubbish
